My magazine is names 'Lordswood girls school & Sixth form centre' this is significant it appeals to the target audience as not only do they go to that school but they also are in the sixthform, who are aged 16 to 18. all understand collage life

The age range is clear as stated above by the 'Sixthform' in the title, which emphasises its aimed at 16-18 but also the content of the magazine such as, 'last year results' and 'sixthform freshers disco' causing the reader to interacts with the magazine as the text interests them and they can relate as it is relevant. Also the colours are very eccentric, draws a younger audience, but also stand out and this will gain attention.

The front cover picture is very futuristic due to the latest technology and the modern screen saver. The picture is also in a school, due to the desk, computer and folder, this targets the audience as they can relate to the work environment. The magazine has a very simple layout and as a result wont be to complex and confusing for the audience to understand, therefore consequently the audience will want to read the magazine.
